The Nashville Predators have lost a season-high four straight on the road. They will have no sympathy for the harmless New York Islanders, who have lost seven in a row.

Nashville looks to end his skid in the opener of a four games and made six consecutive victories in the last place on the island Tuesday night.

Seeking a return to the playoffs after failing to qualify for the fifth consecutive time last season, the Predators (31-22-4) is eighth in the Western Conference, one point behind Calgary and two ahead of Detroit .

A strong road team this season, Nashville was fourth triumph in the recent game visit to Phoenix, Colorado, Columbus and Detroit, scoring seven goals. While the Predators play their next four on the road before the Olympic break, they will not have to travel a lot with games against the Islanders, Rangers, New Jersey, and Pittsburgh.
